Grain to glass, nothing wasted
A distillery lives with its neighbours, its water and its grain. This is how we look after all three.
Every litre recycled.
In 2025 our neighbours in the surrounding villages raised concerns about discharge water and noise, and we stopped manufacturing to address them. We set out our water, noise and odour measures to the local administration and the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, and upgraded the plant.
- Effluent treatment, zero liquid discharge and air pollution control systems upgraded and commissioned
- Trade effluent recycled in full
- Continuous emission and effluent monitoring to be installed as the Consent to Operate requires

The whole grain, used.
Once the starch is turned to spirit, the protein, fibre and oil that remain are dried into DDGS, a feed of about fifty per cent protein for poultry and cattle. Wet cake goes to fish and dairy farms. Fusel oil is sold to industry.

Made for adults, to be enjoyed responsibly.
Our liquor is for adults of legal drinking age. We do not market to anyone under that age, and we ask everyone who enjoys our products to drink in moderation and never to drink and drive.
